Vallourec – RfQ vs. Actual cost not comparable due to long lead time and spud date changes. Express shipment and 3rd party cost. Vallourec did not understood agreement and invoiced incorrectly

Inform customer about changes in cost if spud date is changed
MSR to be reviewed by lead engineer and cost controller
No PO issued unless quoted prices are mutually understood (what is included in lump sum, and what will be charged outside)
